Teddy Bear Picnic

This past week we read a book called Fishing Bears. We celebrated on Friday by having a Teddy Bear Picnic!

On Thursday afternoon, we celebrated Easter by having our annual 1st grade Easter Candy Hunt. Normally, we hunt the candy in the front field, but because of the rain, we had to move it onto a dry surface! The kids had a great time hunting for candy! Here are some pictures

My Robot

A few weeks ago, we read a story called My Robot. The students had a project to do at home over the week. Their project was to design their own robot. Here are some pictures of our class robots. The students did an outstanding job with their robots!
